Teaching
I have been tutoring science for over 30 years, mathematics for over 25 years and English for over 10 years. You are welcome to book a lesson with me on Zoom.
You can also simply email me at drduncanjames@gmail.com with any questions.
Grow Your English
Because I spend a lot of my time writing, I am used to being creative with language and also reviewing and correcting (my own) style and grammar. Writing-feedback sessions are popular.
Also popular is my “conversation followed by some detailed feedback for the last 15 minutes” format; I have found this to be very effective for developing speaking skills.
You can also request other themes for our call such as grammar-focus, pronunciation-focus or scientific-English.
More about Mathematics
I have written a study book called “Improve Your Maths in 2 Hours”. It is a revision guide focussed on understanding of the core concepts and skills in mathematics with linked videos. It is available from: Payhip (pdf). Amazon US, UK, etc (paperback).
Additionally, my YouTube channel includes a sequence of 20 free maths tutorials.
